Meta Eclipse product consultancy delivering product strategy, UX design, and end-to-end product definition for early-stage startups and digital products. Work spanned web platforms, mobile apps, and early-stage ventures, combining hands-on design execution with strategic advisory.
Role: Founder and Product Designer leading all engagements. Responsible for product strategy, UX design, user research, workshop facilitation, prototyping, and delivery. Worked directly with founders and small teams to define products from 0→1, including concept validation, feature definition, and early-stage product direction.
Scope: Delivered work across 5+ startups and client projects. Engagements ranged from early-stage concept development to product design execution and strategic advisory. Supported founders through product definition and early-stage fundraising preparation.
Project 1: Orion Hub
Context: Barcelona-based development agency aiming to strengthen its product design offering and improve how it positioned itself to clients.
Problem: Lack of a clearly defined product and UX offering made it difficult to communicate value and convert clients. Onboarding experience and digital presence did not effectively reflect capabilities.
Approach: Defined a design strategy to position Orion Hub as a product-focused agency. Structured its service offering and aligned internal processes to support consistent delivery.
Solution: Designed a new website and onboarding experience to clearly communicate services and improve client understanding. Established a structured approach to product design delivery.
Outcome: Strengthened agency positioning and pitching capability. Improved clarity of offering and onboarding experience. Enabled more consistent delivery of product design services and supported client acquisition.
Project 2: Scheme App
Context: Early-stage mobile app designed as a unified platform for organising and participating in events. Founders required a prototype to support validation and fundraising.
Problem: No defined product direction or validated concept. Founders needed clarity on user roles, core features, and interaction model.
Approach: Conducted user research to define personas and behaviours. Ran workshops with founders to shape product direction. Designed user flows and wireframes based on insights and validated them with 10 target users.
Solution: Developed a clickable prototype representing the core product experience, including event discovery, participation, and interaction flows.
Outcome: Validated core product concept with target users. Delivered a prototype used in early-stage fundraising conversations. Established a clear foundation for future product development.
Project 3: Ciao (Ongoing)
Context: AI-powered language learning application focused on conversational fluency and real-world interaction. Designed as a tutor-led experience using AI personas and call-based interactions.
Problem: Traditional language learning tools focus heavily on passive learning and lack real conversational practice, leading to low retention and limited real-world application.
Approach: Designing the product from 0→1, combining UX design with hands-on development. Focus on building a system of reusable components, clear interaction patterns, and scalable architecture. Prototyped flows in Figma and implemented in React and TypeScript.
Solution: Developing a call-based interaction model where users engage with AI tutors through structured conversations. Designed features such as tutor selection, recent calls interface, and session-based learning flows.
Outcome: Ongoing product development. Establishing a scalable design system and interaction model for AI-driven language learning. Exploring how AI can create more engaging, human-like learning experiences.
Additional: Delivered websites and digital experiences for multiple clients. Provided advisory services through workshops, hackathons, and user research. Focused on translating early-stage ideas into structured product concepts and actionable design outputs.
Characteristics: Work emphasised 0→1 product design, rapid iteration, and close founder collaboration. Combined strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including emerging AI-driven product experiences.
