My Role
Over a six-month collaboration, work centred on three core initiatives. The first involved conducting in-depth user interviews and analysing usage data to identify strengths and areas for improvement. These insights informed workshops with the founders and wider team to refine core features and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives. Testing and validation of the updated designs were then led using an agile, iterative approach. A strategic roadmap was created to outline future enhancements and guide long-term product development.
