In partnership with Given Agency’s e-learning team, the project focused on creating a tool to support IKEA’s global social campaigning efforts. Research from the client and leading learning platforms informed the user flows, which were validated with users from ten countries who had already begun using early versions of the tool. Their feedback shaped the information architecture and learning pathways.
