My Role
Worked as a UX Designer across a range of projects, creating digital solutions for clients in diverse industries. Core responsibilities included:
Running workshops to capture requirements, followed by user interviews and surveys to define needs, map journeys, and identify pain points.
Designing intranets using SharePoint and Office 365 as part of FSP’s Microsoft Gold Partner offering.
Using Experian big data to expand user understanding and create detailed personas for website rebuilds and online platforms.
Due to confidentiality, internal intranet designs and client datasets cannot be shown, but examples of companies worked with can be shared.
