FSP digital solutions provider focused on helping organisations engage their people and unlock the value of data. Work involved UX design across multiple enterprise clients and sectors, delivering research-led digital tools, intranets, and data-informed experiences.
Role: UX Designer working across multiple client projects. Responsible for user research, workshop facilitation, journey mapping, UX design, and delivery. Collaborated with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centred digital solutions.
Context: FSP operated across a range of enterprise clients, delivering digital platforms and internal tools. Many organisations lacked clear understanding of user needs and relied on fragmented systems with limited insight into behaviour and performance.
Problem:
Organisations lacked visibility into user behaviour and needs, resulting in fragmented digital tools, poor internal communication, and ineffective user experiences. Digital platforms often failed to align with real user workflows.
Approach:
Ran workshops to capture requirements and align stakeholders. Conducted user interviews and surveys to define personas, needs, and pain points. Used large-scale data sources (including Experian) to enrich user understanding and create detailed personas. Mapped user journeys and identified opportunities for improvement across platforms.
Solution:
Designed intranets and digital platforms using SharePoint and Office 365, aligned with Microsoft ecosystem requirements. Delivered user-centred designs supported by research insights and data-driven personas. Created structured UX outputs to support implementation and scalability.
Outcome:
Delivered digital solutions across multiple enterprise clients and sectors. Improved internal communication, access to information, and alignment with user needs. Established research-led approaches to UX design within projects. Contributed to early engagement and feedback models that later evolved into the Pulse 360 platform.
Constraints:
Due to confidentiality, specific client work, visuals, and datasets cannot be shared. Work focused on enterprise systems, internal platforms, and data-driven UX.
Characteristics:
Enterprise UX, intranet design, SharePoint and Office 365, data-driven personas, large-scale data (Experian), research-led design, multi-client consultancy work, foundation for later product development.
